Nvoice: Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nvoice (“Nvoice”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our products and services, including our website (www.nvoice.ai) and our mobile application (“App”). By using Nvoice, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. What We Collect

• Account information: When you register, we collect your email address.
• User content: Content you choose to create with Nvoice, such as audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, key points, and other notes generated from your content.
• Video links (e.g., YouTube links): If you provide a video link, we process the link only at your request. We do not ask you to upload original video files. For supported links, we may extract and process the audio stream temporarily to generate transcripts and summaries.
• Payment information: Nvoice does not directly collect or store full payment card information. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (www.lemonsqueezy.com). Through LemonSqueezy tools we may be able to view limited billing-related information such as the last 4 digits of your card, expiry date, card type/issuer, billing address, billing email address, name, country, amounts paid, and taxes.
• Email delivery metadata: For delivering emails, Nvoice uses Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/). Your email address may be stored on Firebase servers, and we may access delivery status and open-related signals provided by Firebase.
• Cookies and similar technologies (website): We use essential cookies for authentication and core functionality, such as a session identifier, a session signature to prevent tampering, and a cookie that helps the browser recognize the current user.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve Nvoice, including to:

• Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and sync your content across devices.
• Process your recordings or supported video links to generate transcripts, summaries, and related insights.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our services.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

To provide transcription and AI-powered features, we may transmit limited data (such as audio, extracted audio from a supported video link, transcripts, and prompts) to trusted third-party service providers solely to perform the requested processing.

• Speech-to-text / audio processing: Microsoft Azure Speech (and/or other speech providers you select in the App).
• Language models: OpenAI and Google Gemini (and/or other AI providers you select in the App).

We do not share your content with third parties for advertising or tracking. We do not sell your personal information. For details about how these providers handle data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention, Deletion, and Export

• Account data retention: We retain information associated with your account while your account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
• Audio retention: Audio from successful recordings is automatically deleted within 24 hours of recording.
• Transcripts and notes: Transcripts, summaries, and notes are retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Export: You can export your content from your Account tab. Exported files are downloaded to your device.
• Deletion: You can delete content and/or your account from within the service. If you need help, contact us at support@metaspringai.com. We typically complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. Data is transmitted using encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel for operational purposes. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Permissions: You can control microphone and other permissions in iOS Settings. Nvoice records audio only after you initiate recording.
• Access, deletion, and support: To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at support@metaspringai.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

Nvoice is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of Nvoice after an update means you accept the updated policy.
